How to Back Up & Migrate Your Data
Because your data never touches a remote server, follow these simple steps to safeguard your records.
JSON Full Backup & Device Migration
Use this to move your complete setup (clients, shifts, invoices, certs) to another browser, phone, or laptop.
Click "JSON Backup" in the top header. A .json file will immediately download to your device.
Email this downloaded file to yourself, or upload it to your Google Drive / personal cloud.
On your new computer, phone, or secondary browser, open the SupportHub web app.
Click "Restore JSON" in the top header, select your saved .json file, and all your records will instantly load into place.
CSV Spreadsheet Archival
Use this for tax time, vehicle travel audits, or long-term record-keeping in Google Sheets or Excel.
Click "Export Shifts CSV" in the top header to download your entire shift log.
Save the file into your local records folder or your personal Google Drive / OneDrive.
Open Google Sheets, create a new spreadsheet, click File > Import > Upload, and select your CSV file.
Your shifts, hourly calculations, km, and totals will be formatted into a permanent, searchable spreadsheet archive.
